§ VIII. Street and subdivision design standards for the Riverchase PUD.

  • Attached herewith to this PUD zoning application of Riverchase are street and subdivision design standards for Riverchase. All development(s) in the Riverchase PUD shall comply with the street and subdivision design standards set forth herein unless otherwise approved by the City of Hoover and the Riverchase Architectural Committee.

    The Street and Subdivision Design Standards for the Riverchase PUD are listed below and explained in the following pages of this application:

    A.

    Planning and Engineering Design Standards (see section X).

    B.

    Riverchase Residential Street Sign Standards (see Exhibit 2)

    These standards shall also apply to business streets until such a time that separate Riverchase business street sign standards are designed and approved.

    C.

    Riverchase Residential Traffic-Control Standards (see Exhibits 3, 4 and 5).

    These standards shall also apply to business traffic-control signage until such a time that separate Riverchase business traffic-control sign standards are designed and approved.

    D.

    Riverchase Residential Delineator Standards (see Exhibit 6).

    These standards shall apply to both residential and business streets/development(s) until such time that separate delineator standards for business streets/developments are designed and approved.

    E.

    Riverchase Residential Information and Direction Sign Standards (see Exhibits 7 and 8).

    The information and direction sign standards shall apply to business streets/developments until such time that separate business information and direction sign standards [are] designed and approved.

    F.

    Residential Median Barrier Standards for Riverchase (see Exhibit 9).

    These median barrier standards shall apply to both residential and business streets/development(s) until such time as a separate design is approved for business street/development(s).

    G.

    The Riverchase Residential Rural Mailbox Standard (see Exhibit 10).

    These mailbox specifications shall be used on all residential properties requiring use of rural mailboxes and on all business properties until such time that a separate rural mailbox standard for business is designed and approved.

    H.

    Temporary Business Location Sign Specifications (see Exhibit 11).

    These sign specifications shall be used for all temporary business location/information/construction/real estate signs.
