§ VII. Protective and restrictive covenants of Riverchase.

The Riverchase property is now, and will be[,] subject to protective covenants entitled, "Declaration of Protective Covenants, Agreements, Easements, Charges and Liens for Riverchase (Residential)," and the "Declaration of Protective Covenants, Agreements, Easements, Charges and Liens for Riverchase (Business)," both as amended and as may be amended in the future. It shall be understood that the above mentioned protective covenants of Riverchase shall apply to Riverchase regardless of whether or not the City of Hoover elects to make its ordinances, codes and regulations less or more restrictive. (A copy of said covenants shall be furnished upon request).
