§ 2-103. Report of wounds.

Whenever any person suffering from a gunshot wound, knife wound or any other wound indicating personal violence is given first aid, medical or surgical treatment or attention by any physician or surgeon in the city, it shall be the duty of such physician or surgeon to report the fact immediately by telephone or otherwise to the police department.
