§ 2-61. Bond; other duties.

The clerk, in addition to the duties enumerated in this article, shall perform any and all duties that may be required of him or her by ordinance or resolution. He or she shall give bond with sureties, to be approved by the presiding officer, in such sum as the council may prescribe.
