§ 7. Acceptance.

Latest version.

The corporation shall, within ninety (90) days after such effective date set forth in section 4 of Ord. No. 09-2182, file with the city clerk of the city a written acceptance of this ordinance and of the franchise granted hereby. This ordinance when approved and accepted by the corporation and published as provided herein shall constitute a contract between the city and the corporation, its successors and/or assigns.
