§ 1. Short title.

This ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the "Telvue Cable Alabama, Inc., Community Antenna Franchise Ordinance."

Ord. No. 86-488, § 1, adopted June 16, 1986, consented to the assignment of the franchise granted under Ord. No. 36 from Bend Community Antenna Company to Community Tele-Communications, Inc. Ord. No. 87-653, § 1, adopted Aug. 17, 1987, subsequently consented to the assignment of said franchise granted under Ord. No. 36 from Community Tele-Communications, Inc., to TCI Cablevision of Alabama, Inc.
