§ 12.0. Off-premise sale of beer and wine.

Beer and wine shall be sold only in retail establishments which have a minimum retail floor area of 700 square feet. Such sales may be made only to legally qualified buyers within the interior of the premises.

2.

Definitions of wine and beer shall be the same as those set forth in Title 28, Chapter 3, Article 1, of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended.
